Our own little show...
Had our own local show today at Wollaston and i'm pleased to say, despite the weather, there were plenty of exhibits and a really good turn out. Below are a few pictures i managed to find time to take...
Another top quality local show Very high standard for a local show The long and stump carrots look fantastic as do all the exhibits you have shown I wish my local show would raise it's game
Hi Darren- we are fortunate enough to have several good growers in our society who enter the show. We had a new exhibitor this year which was great news so there were even more entries! The stumps werent mine Darren but the long carrots were. _in fact i was struggling for stump carrots to put on my top tray so i thought i'd pull the last three roots of my long carrots and those three were what came out- didnt look too bad after all! Unfortunately local shows are falling in number and it would be a great shame to see them as a thing of the past...
